Pizza Dough

1 package yeast ( 2 1/4 tsp.)
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Beat 20 strokes, rest 5 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Add pizza toppings. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
